Playwright
A good sense for when to turn things on their head
Born and Raised in Newmarket, Ontario, Trevor was not always interested in writing. He was raised in a very musical home, his father a Tenor Soloist, and his mother a Sacred Musician, Piano and Music theory Teacher, and Professional Accompanist. Music always filled the air. Words were always a challenge for Trevor; often feeling unable to express himself. It wasn't until a high-school writer's craft course with an incredible teacher, Nancy Watt, prompted him to challenge himself. During High school he was part of a writing team taking a show to the Sears Ontario Drama Festival Finals. After high-school he attended Sheridan College for Musical Theatre Performance. For the past three years in a row, he has had a Ten Minute Musical (for which he wrote the book and lyrics) in the Newmarket National Ten Minute Play Festival.
Trevor is a proud member of the Canadian Musical Theatre Writers Collective, he is also currently a supporting member of the Playwrights Guild of Canada. His works are not yet publicly available but contact him directly for inquiries about past works or commissions.
